Undeterred by his smaller stature, Dino Ciccarelli carved out a Hall of Fame career by thriving in front of the net and battling in hockey’s toughest areas. Starting his NHL journey with the Minnesota North Stars, where he spent parts of nine seasons, Ciccarelli made an immediate impact. During the 1981 Stanley Cup Playoffs, he set a rookie record with his 14th postseason goal in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final. The following year, his first full NHL season, Ciccarelli showcased his scoring prowess with an impressive 55 goals and 106 points, culminating in a career total of 1,200 points.
