Kirill Kaprizov had an impressive NHL debut registering three points in Minnesota’s 4-3 win which included the overtime winner against the Los Angeles Kings. Beginning with an errant pass by the Kings, Kaprizov pounces on the turnover near center ice. After tipping it by the sliding defender, he heads down on a breakaway where he makes a backhand-to-forehand move that redirects off his skate and past the netminder for his first career goal. In his Calder Memorial Trophy-winning season, Kaprizov averaged nearly a point per game amassing 51 points in only 55 games.
