In Game 4 of the Western Conference First Round, Shea Theodore delivered a late-overtime dagger that breathed new life into the Golden Knights’ series. After Vegas had erased a late deficit to force extra time, Theodore crept into the high slot, took a crisp feed from Jack Eichel, and snapped a laser past the Mammoth goaltender with just 52 seconds left in the extra frame. The veteran defenseman’s first career playoff overtime goal evened the series at two games apiece. Theodore, who led all Vegas skaters in ice time during the first round averaging 26:11 per game, helped propel the Golden Knights to a 4-2 series victory.
