In just his 9th game with the St. Louis Blues after being acquired from the Anaheim Ducks, Cam Fowler shined on the big stage, netting two goals in the Winter Classic, which also happened to be his 1,000th career NHL game. Fowler opened the scoring on a Blues power play, slipping into the slot to receive a pass before snapping a wrister into the back of the net. He added another goal later in the game and earned first-star honors, making it a night to remember under the bright lights in Chicago.
