Facing the Minnesota Wild at the United Center, Duncan Keith scored his first career goal in front of the Chicago crowd. During a Blackhawks power play in the latter half of the third period, Keith blasted a shot past the netminder short side, giving Chicago a two-goal lead they would not relinquish. This marked the beginning of an incredible 17-season career that included three Stanley Cup championships, two Norris Trophies, and a Conn Smythe Trophy.
