The stakes couldn't have been higher as the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Rangers faced off in game No. 82 of the 2009-10 season. The winner would secure the final spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. After a tied game in regulation and a scoreless overtime, it all came down to a shootout. With Claude Giroux scoring in the third round, Flyers goalie Brian Boucher was tasked with stopping the Rangers' final attempt to win the game. Boucher held his ground, not falling for the deke, and quickly shut down the five-hole, stopping the puck. The home crowd and team erupted in celebration as Philadelphia clinched their playoff spot. The Flyers then made an incredible run to the Stanley Cup Final, where they eventually fell in six games to the Chicago Blackhawks.
