Nicknamed "The King," Henrik Lundqvist only played for the New York Rangers during his NHL career, becoming the face of the franchise. Known for his remarkable consistency, Lundqvist won the Vezina Trophy as the League’s top goaltender in 2011-12. In Game 6 of the 2014 Eastern Conference Final, he delivered a masterful 1-0 shutout to clinch the series and secure his first and only Stanley Cup Final appearance. With under five minutes left in the scoreless game, Lundqvist made a spectacular blocker save on a redirected puck headed for the top corner. In 2023, Lundqvist was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, further cementing his legacy.
