The Battle of Pennsylvania, a heated rivalry between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers, have produced many drama-filled moments. Since 1997, the two teams have met six times in the playoffs, with each side winning three series. One of those clashes came in the 2012 postseason. In Game 1, Pittsburgh jumped out to a three-goal lead, but midway through the second period Daniel Brière scored on a breakaway to spark a Flyers comeback. Brière added another goal as the game unraveled, and Philadelphia went on to steal the road win in overtime before eventually taking the series in six games.
