Nathan MacKinnon made history at home against the Chicago Blackhawks, becoming the 100th player to join the prestigious 1,000-point club. Reaching the milestone in just his 856th career game, he became the fourth-fastest among all active players to achieve the feat. Battling for the puck in the corner, MacKinnon emerged with possession, skated around the net, and fed it to Devon Toews at the point. Toews’ shot was tipped in by Artturi Lehkonen, earning MacKinnon his milestone point. He later added another assist, finishing with two points in the Avalanche’s victory.
